Peter English, Director
Peter English is a director, artist, and composer. In both craft and concept, his work explores music, video, and art — using a community-oriented process. “Immersive experiences are built around moments where you lose yourself—in a story, a musical piece, or a moment of reflection. Technology is a powerful tool to drive that immersion, but it should not draw too much attention to itself. How it was made should not enter your mind until later.”
Peter was creative director of the non-profit Weathervane Music, an organization dedicated to supporting independent musicians. He produced and directed the acclaimed documentary series Shaking Through — an intimate look at artists in the recording studio.
After leaving Weathervane Music, Peter worked as a commercial director and editor, working with national brands, while continuing to collaborate with boundary-pushing musicians.
