Broad Street Ministry “A Self Talk”

Broad Street Ministry practices radical hospitality. David Charles Garvin, a Guest at Broad Street Ministry, is a recipient of that hospitality. This is video is a graphical representation of David’s Spoken Word that he wrote during his time there.

FreshFly partnered with Glenn Holsten and the PEW Foundation to create a series of profile videos of the Guests — with the goal of the surrounding community becoming more familiar, aware, and perhaps even more compassionate of the people that live amongst them. As people, we all desire love, and it’s our hope that these videos will help those who are suffering, often the most, find it from their neighbors.
