Crafted as part of a campaign to raise awareness, create compassion, and empower women going through breast cancer, FreshFly produced five films for this mini-doc series shot over several days on location in New Orleans and Baltimore.

After watching her mom go through breast cancer three times, Mimi was diagnosed at age 45. In this patient profile video, Mimi describes how she faced her fear and made the decision to undergo nipple-sparing double mastectomy with DIEP flap reconstruction. She also shares how the diagnosis inspired her to reprioritize her life.
